WHAT'S UP IN SEPTEMBER Print E-mail

FAITH AT WORK: Have a great Labour Day weekend and join us on Sun., Sept. 5 to hear 3 people from the OCC family share how their faith impacts their life at work.

 

MOMS AND TOTS: Moms of preschoolers are invited to the Moms & Tots play time each Wednesday morning from 10 am to 11:30 pm in the OCC Nursery.

 

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICE: On the fourth Sunday of each month there is a service planned specifically for those with special needs. The music is energetic, the message is interactive, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. All are welcome on Sun., Sept. 26 at 1:30 pm.

 

AWAKENING: CITY-WIDE YOUNG ADULTS WORSHIP SERVICE: An opportunity for local young adults to worship together on Fri., Sept. 24. This month's speaker is Faytene Kryskow.

 

JUNIOR HIGH: Those in grades 5 to 8 are invited to be a part of "Just Do It," a Bible Study based on the book of James which begins on Tues., Sept. 11 at 6:30 pm at OCC.

 

COFFEE HOUSE: Drop by OCC on Sat., Sept. 25 between 7 pm and 9 pm for live music, refreshments, table games and the chance to visit with friends old and new.

 

LIFEGroups: The Fall LIFEGroups are now being organized, including one designed to be a safe place for those interested in investigating the claims of Christ and those new to the Christian faith to ask questions and enter into discussion. Stay tuned for details!

 

MEN'S MORNING DEVOTION: All men are invited to get together for prayer, study and discussion over a cup of coffee every Friday at 7 am at OCC.
